Tournament Fundraiser Volunteers

Below is the online sign-up to work shifts during the baseball tournament on 3/3/16 to 3/5/16. Please keep in mind this is our one and only fundraiser for the season. We would like all parents to work at least one shift over the 3 day tournament. If we all pitch in and help the fundraiser will be a big success. Here are the times when each team will play during this 3 day period. Please use this as a guide for when you will be able to sign up for a shift.

• Varisty (all games played in Montgomery)- 3/3/16 (5 & 7:30 pm), 3/4/16 (5 & 7:30pm), 3/5/16 (2pm)
• JV (tourn at Oak Ridge HS) - 3/3/16 (2:30pm), 3/4/16 (5 & 7:30pm), 3/5/16 (1:30pm)
• Soph (tourn at Tomball HS) - 3/3/16 (12pm), 3/4/16 (4:30pm)

Based on this schedule we really need sophomore team parents to help Friday (3/4/16) evening since JV & Varsity will be playing at the same time. If you have any questions, please let us know. Thanks in advance for your help! Go Bears!

Upcoming Reminders

Wednesday, 2/17: Silent Auction Item Due (or $50 Buy Out)
Wednesday, 2/24: Concession Items Due (or $30 Buy Out)
Wednesday, 2/24: Banner Sponsor Due
Wednesday, 2/24: Meal Ticket Money Due

Mandatory Parent Meeting

There will be a Mandatory Parent Meeting on Thursday Feb 4th at 6pm.

for the parents whose kid makes the program.  The meeting will be in the Field House at the Athletic Complex. Equipment, team, and fundraiser information will be discussed.
